Time: 10:20am / 12:00pm
What: 20 minutes seated practice / 1-hr asana practice
Focus: Second Foundation / Exercises 5 - 8 (Ana-)

Focused on the feeling tone of sensation... More awareness, less judgment. Amongst the clutter of thinking. Getting used to sitting after three days off the cushion.

Practiced one-hour hot class. Instruction was confusing... convoluted... body was tired. Muscles vibrating with strain. Hamstrings achy.

Decided that the routine of preparing coffee - scooping coffee grinds into machine, measuring out water, cleaning the filter and rinsing the decanter - will be my first micro-practice. Do we add a micro-practice each week? Or do we do a different micro-practice each week?

As for micro-practices; we add one each week, so that we're practicing 5 of them a day by the end of the month.

By the way, it's good to have you posting again. Even though it was only 3 days, I found myself missing hearing from you......
