What: 20 minutes seated practice
Focus: Second Foundation / Exercises 5 - 8 (Ana-)
Sitting with an upset stomach. Clothes tight against ribcage. Mind wandering to a dream (I think?)... to yoga class sequences and intentions... Feeling. Exploring the difference between noticing feeling tone and labeling experience as "insert description here". Feeling tone is more subtle - light like a feather. The mind is more clumsy and loud - like a noisy stumbling drunk storming into a library.
