Felt good to practice asana. Before coffee. Before breakfast. Dark outside. Lights dim. Yin practice preparing for Thursdays class. Nothing particularly noteworthy about seated practice. Felt unfamiliar to observe mental formations. Explored awareness as a mental formation itself. Mind wandered in and out of focus. Moments of clear and crisp awareness. Other moments of zoning out in thought.
