What: 25 minutes asana / 25 minutes seated practice
Focus: Third Foundation / Exercises 9 - 12 (Ana-)

Three days of bad planning equaled three days without practice. Thursday... work early, teach, home late. Friday... work early, teach, home late. Saturday... work at 8am. Doh!

Letting it go...

Felt laziness towards asana practice this morning. Dullness is a more apt description. Dullness and a full belly.

Decided to sit and observe mental formations for 15 minutes and do loving-kindness meditation for 10 minutes. Mind was fixated on thoughts around going back to university. Planning planning... Part-time student. Schedule. Classes. Transcript. Over and over and over... Continued to observe breath and observe the mind moving in circles around the same theme.
