What: 15 minutes seated practice
Focus: Awareness at belly - "Rising/Falling"

Sitting was "stormy" this morning. Sitting with anxiety, impatience, worry. Sat down late on the cushion, which began a torrent of thoughts around getting to work on time, teaching, if I was practicing the right form, if I was behind on my projects, late, late, impatient, impatient. Chainsaw and men talking outside. Managed to continue to sit (still) despite the urge to jump up and run out the door. Form of rising/falling - watching breath at the belly not as strong (strong as in holding one's attention for long periods of time) of a form as "du-sa-ni-ma". Much more mind wandering off... which is okay (of course).
