What: 15 minutes seated practice
Focus: Awareness at belly - "Rising/Falling"

Same bat time. Same bat channel. Sitting with chainsaw. Oh... wait... sitting with two chainsaws. Hello, friend, aversion. How are you this morning? You certainly are sticky. Tense shoulders, slouching, building tone of discomfort and... annoyance... irritation... dislike? Oh dear. Drop away, come back to rising / falling / diaphragm. Rising / falling / diaphragm. How far the mind can stray from the form of watching breath at the diaphragm. Had a moment of considering: 1) dropping the form and going into mindful listening, 2) starting a different form tomorrow. Think I should stick with my original choice and practice practice practice.

What: 30 minutes asana / 15 minutes seated practice
Focus: Awareness at belly - "Rising/Falling"

Felt good to practice. Peaceful, settled, good in the body to move and breathe. Cats and girlfriend bustling around girl on cushion. "Unstoppable" by Santogold and "Enjoy Yourself" by The Specials on loop in the mind. Rising, falling, breath at the belly.
