Nightclub instead of the monastery (and that's okay). Sitting amongst the fury of typing, friend drama and pre-camping preparations lingering in the air, Friday-ness. Incorporating the Third Foundation of Mindfulness into PRY class today... Lived experience of watching the mental commentary while anchored to breath at the belly. "Rising / falling" becoming less word thoughts, instead subtle acknowledgments of breathing.
