Yang/Yin asana practice. Preparation for teaching on Thursday evening. Exploring new poses and hence new areas of the body (hello, inner thighs and groin!). Taking this day off to practice longer. To take more time.
Seated practice... mind is quiet. Noise around me as girlfriend types, makes tea and toast. Feeling lazy. Breath awareness. Breath awareness. FanExpo. Zombies. Breath awareness. Body scan. Elements. Breath awareness. Wind blows and get back into elements... Body as wind. Body as earth. Body as a trickling stream. Impatience shows itself. Sit with breath, watch impatience, tension, urge to move and check the time. Bong. Toute fini.
