What is with seated practice and songs on loop in the mind? Invites one to cultivate a sense of humor. Little bit of fidgeting energy in sit. Slouching slouching slouching sit up! Watching in / out movement of breath at the nostrils like a tether. Hamster wheel of thinking about Halloween costumes and song on repeat.

Slow asana practice. Encourages both awareness and strength. Impatience and aversion showing up in postures. Thoughts around specific language... "Bring your palms a foot away from you." Where am "I"? How are my palms not included in "I"? Hilarious.
