Sit down on cushion. Check in. Hint of a headache. Sweaty from asana practice (29 degrees Celsius w/ 62% humidity... weather network says it feels like 38 degrees). Nothing particularly pressing in awareness. Mood is neutral... content. Beginning with breath awareness. Simple feeling of breath as it naturally occurs. Aware of the body. Hint of calm. Aware of calm. It moves along like everything else. Itch in armpit pops into awareness. Aversion. Breath. Short breath. Short breath. Sigh. Itch in other armpit. Sit with itching, breath, feeling of body. After some time, choose to mindfully scratch. Relief. Itch begins again.... ah well. *shrug*
