What: 20 minutes seated practice
Focus: First Foundation / Exercise 1 - 4
Breath awareness expands to include the feeling of a full belly. Digesting breakfast meditation. Decided to leave the "eyes closed experiment" for another day. Do what has worked thus far (for now). Feeling the concentration practice of full breath awareness. Feeling the breath open out to include the body. Shin bones rooted. Tops of the feet on the blanket. Seat on the cushion. Spine lifted. Head of the arm bones dropping forward slightly. Ribcage expanding and falling with breath. Head tilted slightly forward. Gaze soft on the floor. Belly not as heavy and full. Waves of thinking woven through awareness. Training my replacement, worm compost, PRY sequence, PRY intention, reviewing week's practice... Moment of frustration (how come?). Moment of judgment (practice more! oh dear). No story. Feeling breath.

Focus: First Foundation / Exercise 1 - 4
Practicing (and planning) PRY sequence. Checking play list. Feeling postures. Writing notes. Practice around a day of too much talking and long lists of things to do.
