What: 15 minutes asana / 15 minutes seated practice
Focus: Awareness at nostrils - "In/Out"

Swirling swirling swirling thoughts. Impatience in asana practice. Awareness of sunburn. Thinking about new developments in life creating an urgency to go DO right now. Pause to realize "right now" is not necessary. Commitment to sit and watch the mind wander off and return. Like a dog on a long leash. Or a cow in a large pasture.
