From an in depth conversation about New Leaf web banners to sitting on the cushion in 0.32 seconds. Residue of conversation on cushion. Girlfriend furiously typing and clicking in the background. Thought pops into head and words fly out of my mouth... "Did you put the quotes on the banner?" Mindful while talking? Oops! Back to sitting. In, out, breath at the nostrils.
Excited and curious about next month's format. Increased sit and asana time will mean a change in wake-up time and morning routine. We shall see. We shall see.
