Sat on cushion. Palms facing up. Tinge of a headache and lower back discomfort. Sound of the tap dripping. Construction and street noise floating in through the open balcony door. Great DJ by The Ting Tings playing in loop in my head. Watching... feeling... breath at the nostrils. In / out. Settled and comfortable in the idea of sitting. Trust. Never-ending stream of thoughts moving through awareness... breath... sound... thoughts... breath... thought... sound... breath...
