What: 25 minutes asana / 20 minutes seated practice
Focus: Second Foundation / Exercises 5 - 8 (Ana-)

Half day off. Quiet. Peace. Cleaning. Practice. Creative mind all a flutter while sitting. Crafting. Embroidery. Sewing. Brainstorming. Breath. Feeling. Feeling tone.

Micro-practices now include preparing coffee and brushing teeth. Bell of mindfulness (so far) is the subway chime. Have moments of not being so mindful during micro-practice. Suppose it's a "practice" like anything else (imagine that:).
