Feeling: Headache. Dry nasal passages. Tightness in chest. Frog in throat. Upset stomach. Breath moving laboriously. Thoughts coming and going. Lower back discomfort. Slouch. Tops of the feet on the floor. Headache. Feeling tone sometimes unpleasant, sometimes neutral. Okay, it's good to feel it all. [insert smiley emoticon here]
