Focus: Second Foundation / Exercises 5 - 8 (Ana-)
Yin practice. Dropping into the experience of bodily sensations. Thoughts of pizza and dinner. Sitting with feeling. Watching the breath. Gf on phone, clicking on computer, background noise. Or perhaps more accurately foreground noise. Shorter sit yet felt like it was lasting forever. Time is a figment of the imagination.

Tell me about it! I went to see "The Beach Girls and The Monster" for Mondo Monday movie night. It was the longest 65 minute movie I've ever seen; though I have to admit, it was hilarious! The poorly aligned processed car chase was literally nauseating!
