What: 20 minutes walking meditation
Focus: Second Foundation / Exercises 5 - 8 (Ana-)

Walking meditation. Moved the livingroom furniture around so as to have a larger circle within which to walk. Inhale, right foot. Exhale, left foot. Moving with breath. Focus on the feeling - the sensation - of walking and breathing. It was the strangest sensation to "zone out" or get lost in thinking while in walking meditation. I suppose people zone out while walking all the time... It was uncomfortable to be moving and breathing in a pattern, in a rhythm, without paying attention. Happened a couple times... noticed how it felt... stopped. Reset the breath (a.k.a. stopped and payed attention to breathing while standing) and then started walking once again. Inhale, right foot. Exhale, left foot.
