Focus: Second Foundation / Exercises 5 - 8 (Ana-)
I long for a routine. A little bit of stability or predictability. I long for time and I long for practice.
Had a day filled with house guests and entertaining. Brunch, shopping, visiting, walking, walking, walking. Carved out a small amount of the evening - feeling a little lost and pulled in every which way - to sit on the cushion. Mind in a bit of a daze - not quite focused on feeling or feeling tone. Remembering obligation. Reviewing. Planning. Daydreaming. Every once in awhile touching on the breath.
