Practicing asana to a dvd with a visiting friend. Way of integrating practice in a one bedroom apartment with guests. Chatter about the quality of the instruction. Giggles at the pace, the mix-ups, the difficult moments.
Sitting w/ gf (who was recently inspired by the Noah Levine workshop) while friend types and dawdles on the computer. Background sounds of keyboard and mouse clicks. Little bit of confusion on focus... purpose... of the sit. Didn't feel like I was bringing awareness to thought so much as thinking. Reviewing yesterday's workshop, this morning's conversations, ideas...
Remembered intention of seeing mental formations as mental formations.
