Greetings lovely friends and family,
I just wanted to let you know that Ryan and I will be gone for the next few days. So Moms and Alison, don't you worry that we've died or something. We're going to Kenting (the southern part of Taiwan) to the beach and ocean. Hello ocean, here we come! Due to the small fire and sprinkler flooding at the studio, we get until at least Monday off. So five of us have decided to make the trek to experience other parts of Taiwan (other than the big bad city of Taipei). We're going out to Citizen Kane tonight to experience a little foreigner night-life/open mic business in Taipei. Then we're packing our backpacks with swimsuit, toothbrush and extra pair of clothes and hopping onto a train first thing in the AM. I have no clue of where we are staying or how much it will cost. Though so far we've only spent $40 CAD on a return ticket to the other side of the country. Not so bad. :)
Hope you enjoy your weekend. I got my camera back, so I should be posting new pictures as soon as I return... and the photos of the mountains are beautiful!
