Does the absence of a blog for an entire 7 days mean that I need to be witty and exciting? Don't pressure me folks! Come on!

I have decided to spend less time in front of the computer. It is taking over my life, disrupting my sleeping, reading, practice. Madness really. It's like tv for couch potatoes. Enough is enough. Exclamation marks are pervading my blog. Don't worry. I just backspaced them into oblivion.

I had a Papaya/Lavender smoothie today, while waiting to find the entrance to a party at the top of the Taipei 101. It was tart. Not the party, but the smoothie. The party we actually didn't get to... too late. *shrug* What can you do really.

I practiced my first Mysore class this morning. Woke up at 5:05 in the morning... put on some yoga clothes, brushed the teeth, washed the face and then trekked to the studio for 90 minutes of yoga... followed by teaching two classes, cappucino, walking, Taipei 101, Thai food and then FINallY the long-awaited nap. Mmmm naps. I think I need to take a day of rest though. The body is making strange popping noises when I move... well not so much the body, as the right hip. Oh right hip, why do you taunt me so?!

I feel like there is so much more going on... Aadil Palkhivala taught four days of workshops on Purna Yoga. One day of which I attended. Geshe Michael Roach and Christie McNally will be at SPACE on June 4th. Thanks to a lil' organizing by moi and some Divine intervention. I finally got a regular teacher practice happening, starting next week. Very exciting stuff. I learned more Mandarin that I can actually use in my yoga classes... Oh, and June marks my final graduation from the Moksha Teacher Training. Our last project is to practice Savasana for 20 minutes every day and log our experiences. Oh, and we downloaded the season finale for The O.C. --- Yeah yeah yeah!

Alright. Now I am tired, sweaty and need to go do 20 minutes of Savasana before I do 6-8 hours of sleeping. I hope you are all beautiful and amazing. I miss home. Send me love, or at the very minimum, greetings. xx. -n.
