What: 20 minutes asana / 15 minutes seated practice
Focus: Awareness at nostrils - "In/Out"
Funny that I struggled with awareness of breath at the belly, and then when the emphasis changes I can't stop watching breath at the belly. Hilarious. I had a sitting buddy this afternoon. The time (though short and generally manageable) felt like infinity. I could have sworn that we were sitting there for 30 minutes and then -bong- the 15 minute bell rings.
