Sat for 15 minutes instead of 25. Realized that I hadn't left enough time to sit and get out the door on time. Going to listen to Noah Levine and Velcrow Ripper talk about "Agitating in Stillness: Conscious Activism".
Explored how mental formations are not only thoughts. Mental Formations include perceptions and emotions. The sense of anticipation is a mental formation. Impatience = mental formation. Aware of the various mental formations that arose in reaction to the shortened sit and feeling of being rushed.
