Last day working with the Second Foundation. Focus on backbending in a vinyasa-based asana sequence. Fighting off sickness. Body sore. Sneezing. Feeling the muscles tender from previous days practice and teaching. Enjoying the movements. The challenge. Feeling the breath.
Sitting with jittery active backbend energy in the body. Feeling the energy settle into a heavy peacefulness. Mind wandering to and fro. Back to the breath. Back to the breath. With patience, care, calm. Thoughts about prep for Noah Levine event, crafting, Thanksgiving dinner preparations... Glad to be here, on the cushion.
