Focus: Second Foundation / Exercises 11 - 12 (Sati-)
Intention for restorative class this evening is going to be the Second Foundation of Mindfulness - aware of feelings in the feelings. Practiced a shortened version of the class sequence with the same intention to really feel the instruction. Moving slowly, aware of foot touching floor, shift in weight distribution, unevenness in pelvis... Felt like a "returning to".
Seated practice... Planning mind. Back and forth. Back and forth. Planning. Breath. Planning. Body. Planning. Now. Later. Now. Later. Now. Later later later. Now. You know... practice.
