What: 25 minutes asana / 20 minutes seated practice
Focus: Fourth Foundation / Exercises 13 - 16 (Ana-)
Have developed the habit of looking at the clock four minutes prior to the alarm ringing. Decided to: 1) acknowledge the habit energy today, 2) commit to watching the experience arise and pass with the understanding of impermanence, and 3) resist (or rather, not respond to) the urge to look at the clock . And then I still looked at the clock (ha ha). Four minutes remaining. Returned to breath and soft gaze on the floor.
