Time: 8:22am
What: 25 minutes asana / 20 minutes seated practice
Focus: Third Foundation / Exercises 13 - 15 (Sati-)

Nothing particularly noteworthy coming to mind about practice. Asana took the shape of Sun Salutations and warrior poses. Working hard, noticing breath, and working up a small sweat.

Seated practice... Watched mental formations as mental formations. Explored mindfulness as a mental formation. Seems more like an intellectual understanding that something that I can feel.
