What: 1 hour asana / 15 minutes seated practice
Focus: "Du-sa-ni-ma" (inhalations)

Did a one-hour asana practice with my love. Wonder if interaction in postures is being unmindful? Also, pondered the fine line between really paying attention and zoning out into the activity of choice. In seated practice, noticed that increasing comfort level with the du-sa-ni-ma form allowed for more wandering of the mind. Lost the form once... came back. Phone rang (didn't answer it... omg!)... came back. Thinking about third foundation of mindfulness... came back. Felt that asana and sitting was a relief from an overlying mood of feeling down. There was lightness and a sense of happiness.
