Focus: Counting “One” to “Eight” (inhalations and exhalations)
Nine? Ten? Hey, isn't this a one to eight count?! Confusion around counting the inhalation and exhalation. Switched to inhale 1, exhale 2, etc. Found there was a tightness in the breath cycle. Couldn't leave the breath alone... pushing and pulling on it... making it longer or shorter. The pace of counting the breath in this manner felt fast and almost over-stimulating.

Focus: Counting “One” to “Eight” (inhalations and exhalations)
Sleepy girl equals restorative yoga practice. Midway through the sit, I had this thought "Oh my god, am I missing So You Think You Can Dance?". Felt urgency and the need to get up and check the tv (which I didn't do... phew!). Is that embarrassing? I should keep that to myself, yes?

So you think you can dance? That's a tv show? There are times when I'm no longer sure it's a good or a bad thing that I don't have tv......
