What: 15 minutes seated practice
Focus: "Du-sa-ni-ma" (inhalations and exhalations)

Sitting with cramps... Pain came and went with a sort of sleepy quality (and didn't kill me). Was controlling the breath to fit the perceived pace of the "du-sa-ni-ma" form. Couldn't seem to leave the breath alone. Tension in breathing. Lots of thinking: class planning, remembering, reviewing Four Foundations of Mindfulness. Lost the form at one point... a little bit confused (that into the plotline of thinking). Perhaps a little "Gone With The Wind" scenario happening...
